1. Loyalty points are earned on a per-property basis, not per customer. Customers with multiple properties may request a separate loyalty card for each property. Points cannot be transferred between properties or customers.
2. Loyalty points are available for residential properties only.
3. For condominiums, townhomes, and homeowner associations, points apply only to the individual unit serviced and cannot be transferred to other units or redeemed for common areas or the development as a whole.
4. Complete and pay for five (5) qualifying service visits within a two-year period from the date of the first service, and receive one (1) free hour of service.
5. All invoices must be paid in full before additional loyalty points are awarded. DT Plumbing may request proof of payment before issuing points. Payment confirmations may be emailed to dtplumbingbda@gmail.com and should include the relevant invoice number.
6. Loyalty points are awarded after payment has been received. Your previous service visit will be recorded on your loyalty card during our next visit.
7. If payment is received for multiple service visits at the same time (up to two visits), the applicable points will be added to your loyalty card during the next service visit.
8. Free service hours may only be redeemed during normal business hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Emergency and after-hours calls are not eligible for redemption but may still qualify for a loyalty point.
9. If you have already qualified for a free service hour and require an emergency or after-hours call, a new loyalty card may be started. The free service hour from your completed card can be redeemed during a future visit within normal business hours.
10. The free hour of service covers labour only and does not include materials, disposal fees, equipment charges, or other associated costs.
11. The free hour of service applies to one technician only. Additional personnel required to complete the work will be billed at standard rates.
12. Free service hours are non-transferable and have no cash value. As with our standard billing policy, any portion of an hour used will be considered a full hour. If the work is completed in less than one hour, the free service hour will be considered fully redeemed.
13. DT Plumbing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and the Loyalty Program at any time. Management also reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the awarding of loyalty points and redemption of free service hours where special circumstances apply.
